The Ontario government has given the Toronto Maple Leafs and Ottawa Senators permission to play home games in the all-Canadian division this season.
Lisa MacLeod, Ontario’s Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Minister, made the announcement Thursday afternoon.

British Columbia, Alberta and Quebec have already approved the NHL's plan and protocols, leaving only Manitoba left to sign off.
