After the longest and most dramatic week of the offseason, Mookie Betts is officially a Dodger, we’d assume.
BREAKING: The trade that will send Mookie Betts to the Los Angeles Dodgers has been agreed upon, sources tell ESPN. Outfielder Alex Verdugo and shortstop Jeter Downs are among those who will go to the Boston Red Sox.

This comes nearly five days after the original trade was agreed upon. There’s more info that needs to come out, but it looks as if prospects Jeter Downs and Connor Wong will be joining Alex Verdugo going to Boston.
In addition to Betts, the Dodgers will also be acquiring David Price as well. As expected, the Red Sox will pay half of his remaining $96 million.
Originally, the trade was supposed to be a three-team trade between the Dodgers, Red Sox and Twins. Instead of going to Boston, Top 100 prospect Brusdar Graterol will be heading to Los Angeles. Kenta Maeda will still be going to Minnesota. According to Ken Rosenthal, the Dodgers will also receive another prospect from the Twins.

The trade that will send right-hander Kenta Maeda and cash to the Minnesota Twins for right-hander Brusdar Graterol and the 67th pick in the draft -- which has around a $1 million slot value -- has been agreed upon, source confirms to ESPN. @Ken_Rosenthal was first with the deal.
