Tiger Woods needed a win and a Brandt Snedeker loss to advance to the weekend of the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play. He got both.
How he got that win against Patrick Cantlay, well, that was the entertaining part.
He had turned a 2-down deficit through eight holes into a 1-up lead as he stood in the 13th fairway.
He had just 82 yards left. What happened next? Watch for yourself.

Woods did not lose a hole after No. 7, and he provided some old magic down the stretch. When Snedeker fell to Aaron Wise, Tiger moved on to the Round of 16.
