The NBA released its game schedule Friday for the 2020 pre-season, which will tip off on Dec. 11 and conclude on Dec. 19.
The Toronto Raptors will play three exhibition games, two of which are against the Hornets in Charlotte with the other coming against the Miami Heat in Tampa.
Some of the other notable pre-season games include: Clippers vs. Lakers on Dec. 11; Mavericks vs. Bucks on Dec. 12; Suns vs. Jazz on Dec. 12; Wizards vs. Nets on Dec. 13; and Celtics vs. 76ers on Dec. 15.
Each team will play a minimum of two and a maximum of four games, and will have at least one home game and one road game. The schedule for which games will be nationally televised is to be announced at a later date.
As for the regular season, that schedule will be released in two segments, with the first half (Dec. 22, 2020 – March 4, 2021) purportedly coming sometime over the next several days. The second half (March 11 – May 16, 2021) will then be released during the latter part of the initial schedule.
