The Lakers and Clippers played each other rather evenly in their first two matchups, so why should Sunday's third meeting be any different? The Lakers held a two-point lead after one quarter but the Clippers took control in the second. Paul George led the Clippers to a 53-49 advantage at the half, but the two sides have traded leads all afternoon. 

LeBron James is leading the way for the Lakers with 16 first-half points. Getting him going has been critical in light of his struggles against the Clippers earlier this season. The problem is, George, who was miserable in the Christmas game between these two teams, has been excellent with 19 points of his own before halftime. Kawhi Leonard and Anthony Davis have been quieter, but both will certainly be heard from down the stretch.
