Woods allegedly locked Herman out of his Florida mansion and now the pretty brunette is desperate to get out of her non-disclosure agreement with the troubled star. Uchitel knows of what she speaks.

Herman is claiming that Woods owes her $30 million.

Uchitel, 48, now says that the NDA “ruined her life” because it stripped her of the ability to fight back.

The pillow-lipped vixen told the tabloid that Herman’s road ahead will be hard: “A tiger does not change its stripes.”

“She’s up against a machine, she’s up against Goliath,” Uchitel said. “I’ve been through this. I spent many years fighting this, but who knows if she’s in the right or the wrong. But it doesn’t matter – I’m not here to judge her or the circumstances.”

When the National Enquirer blew the lid off the Uchitel affair, it unleashed a torrent of woe for Woods. A flood of women, from waitresses to granny porn stars, came forward with their own raunchy escapades with the golfer. Uchitel says her NDA pay day was $8 million.

But she told The Post she blew through the dough and ended up bankrupt because his legal eagles relentlessly attacked her for alleging violating the deal.

“I fought this on my own for over a decade but my circumstances were different,” Uchitel told Us Weekly.

“There is a big difference between [an NDA] signed at the commencement of a relationship for parties to agree [to] not share confidential information, and then the signing of an NDA to cover up bad behaviour. The latter can ruin your life.”

Herman’s war with Woods kicked off in October when he allegedly unlawfully booted her from their Florida mansion. She accused him of “trickery.”

In court papers obtained by The Post, Harman alleges Woods team “[Convinced her to] pack a suitcase for a short vacation and, when she arrived at the airport, they told her she had been locked out of her residence, in violation of the oral tenancy agreement and in violation of Florida law.”

The golfer’s lawyers said all claims needed to be resolved via arbitration — outside a court.

She signed the NDA in August 2017 when the pair began dating.

But she wants the deal scratched. Herman is using the Speak Out Act, which allows such deals to be tossed if there’s proof of sexual assault or harassment.

She reportedly ticked off “YES” on a questionnaire asking if there was sexual abuse.

“Arbitration is where NDAs go to get buried, essentially,” Uchitel told Us Weekly. “It’s all very quiet and tidy in an arbitration. And no one gets to hear about it ever again.”

She added to The Post: “If she wants to talk privately about this scenario, my door is always open … because I know that publicly, it’s really, really hard to deal with this.”
